Refunds & Returns

Samuel will not be able to refund any order that is purchased through http://www.secatalog.com. This is because Samuel is using a 3rd party for all orders/shipments.

Please know exactly what you want before completing your check out process.

Shipping

The Samuel online shop is open indefinitely and products will be updated sporadically. An email notification will be sent out to Samuel employees when there are new products added to the store.

All shipments will be delivered to an office location. If you work from home, or from a different Samuel location, you will have to fill in the necessary “work remote” fields in the checkout section of the site.

A Samuel representative will deliver your items directly to your desk if you work in an office.

Orders/Payments

Only Samuel employees can complete orders/purchases online. You can order for others, but you must be the point of contact and the order must come out of your paycheck.

All payments will come out of your Samuel paycheck unless specified otherwise.

Coupons and discount codes are available but will only be given to you via Samuel management’s approval.

Does Samuel make a profit off of the SE Catalog?

All sales will not contribute to any profit for Samuel.

Clients/Events

Employees must check with the marketing team {marketing@samuelengineering.com} if they want any swag for clients/events/etc.

Please let Marketing know the following: Client/Event name, date of event/client in office, amount of clients in attendance.

Is there a way to earn coupons or discounts for the site?

Yes, discount codes can be awarded to those who portray good work ethic, work anniversaries, etc.
